Appearance: Arwin is a man with mostly brown hair, with strands of golden blonde on top. His face is wrinkled and well defined, like the grooves on a tree's trunk, moving in towards a square, long chin. At 6' 7", he is certainly tall, and although slightly more slender than he is wide, he is bigger the average human male.
Personality: Arwin is stern, dutiful, and harsh with others and himself. However, he is kind and gentle with Sprylven children, valuing purity and innocence. Although he doesn't realize it himself, he has preserved his own well enough, sheltered and trusting. Although he harbors suspicion of all non-Sprylven beings, any hostility is unlikely to last with continued contact. Arwin is a firm believer of justice, and holds great respect for his ancestors, qualities common for those who stay so long in the Sacred Forest. All these factors combined with his age make for someone rather stuck in their ways, with a tough time expanding his horizons and absorbing information he doesn't like. Still, it is impossible for him to completely suppress his curiosity.
Talents/Skills/Abilities: Arwin is a trained marksman, his job often requiring him to hunt from treetops at incredible ranges.
Equipment: A bow and arrows carved from the bark of the Ancestor Tree, the arrows can weaken the spirit of those they are embedded in, though Arwin doesn't know this.
